Jobletic successfully concluded its first SheSTEM Internship Program workshop—an engaging, hands-on day designed to prepare fresh graduate women in STEM for real industry pathways within the Textile and RMG sectors.
Throughout the workshop, participants were introduced to the professional landscape of the industry, explored eight key career areas, and worked in groups based on their preferred sectors. They took part in guided self-assessments covering soft skills, technical competencies, sustainability, and workplace readiness—helping them identify their current position, skill gaps, and next steps for career growth.
Industry experts shared practical insights on sustainability, data transparency, innovation, and global compliance requirements, while encouraging participants to align academic knowledge with real-world expectations. Jobletic alumni—now employed by leading international buyers—shared their transition from internship to employment, motivating participants to confidently pitch themselves and plan their career journeys.
