Workshop at SAIC Nursing College

Just wrapped up an incredibly fulfilling day at Saic Nursing College!

It feels amazing to finally roll out the internship readiness program and career competency mapping we’ve been designing for nursing graduates. Today’s workshop focused on guiding students through the exciting transition from entry-level internships all the way to future leadership roles.

We explored how the nursing landscape is shifting beyond traditional bedside care into dynamic emerging sectors. It was inspiring to see the students engage with new career possibilities like Health Informatics, Climate Adaptation, NGO initiatives, and Telemedicine.

Empowering our youth for the future of healthcare is a journey we are so proud to be a part of.
